Bonita Cuff is member of Witnesses to Hunger and mother of five who lives in Boston, MA. A founding member of Witnesses: Boston, Bonita is a passionate advocate for families rights to affordable, accessible, and nutritious food, and a tireless voice for those receiving and waiting for Section 8 housing assistance. Bonita’s story and advocacy work has been featured in the Boston Herald, Hungry DC, MomsRising, the Melissa Harris-Perry Show on MSNBC, and elsewhere, and her work as a PhotoVoice photographer has appeared on display at the Massachusetts State House, the 2016 Democratic National Convention, and Introduction to the US Food System: Public Health, Environment, and Equity.
