 Bio:

 Juell Frazier is member of Witnesses to Hunger and a mother of two daughters who currently lives in Boston, MA. A leading member of Witnesses since 2011, Juell is a passionate advocate for children’s health and TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) reform. Her work has appeared in publications such as The Nation and ThinkProgress.org, and she has been a featured speaker on numerous community panels and legislative briefings, most recently for the Massachusetts Joint Committee on Health Care Financing in May 2017, and for members US Congress at the Cost of Hunger Briefing in November 2017.
